Just sponsor visa waste money

I think the use of rep is for after they have transfered the file. Agent told me after file transfer even i the sponsor cant call CIC for info i hv to call other office and thts where the use of a rep will matter

Before you submit your application there is an option to check if your country requires it They replied to me withing the 5 day frame. I was just updating the birth of my child (!im sponsoring) ...Im hving this issue too i did submit a use of rep form with my husband's application but twice...

Haie guys july 29th applicant here Just called CIC i have a temporary file number and the representative says my file is in Q for a completness check (verifying that everything is submitted) once thats done an AOR will come in .

Im not sure but i sent an original copy because when i tried to make a copy of the copy i received the stamp was coming out black so i took no chances . Cause u can get more copies of that if you needed

Oh yea medical for immigration will always cost more. Thats why i was suprised you got it done at the hospital. But different countries different prices and places and they can charge what they want .

Yes track your package it should say delivered or not. But if u asked for signature and it says they have it that means its delivered. BUT u wont recieve that confirmation from the office thats all you and the courier

I would wait for the AOR. But in the mean time you can call immigration sponsorship line to ask them how exactly does it affect your application they are always ready to help Just explain to them your error tell them which form . Keep us posted .

Sigh i nearly made the mistake but the lawyer said its best if u let them know or else it will look like misrepresentation. My now husband did get refused for his vistors visa so we said yes and also explained reason etc.. so unless u ticked no but still went ahead and answer them as to what...
