I sent a message that to confirm the email address on the file(because I was worried that PPR might have gone to the wrong email address). I never got a reply though so I don't know if sending a message helps.

I believe my file is still in Beijing. The PPR letter says if there any mistake in permanent resident documents (I think this is COPR) contact Beijing office.

Well it was there in the GC key account. But I think it's from London visa office because in the letter it's written to contact London visa office within 30 days.

Your spouse doesn't need to send the pictures as she is a Canadian citizen already. It's needed for anyone who has been granted PR.

I have changed of my partner via web form. They didn't send any reply that the address is updated. However it was updated on ECAS (that's how I came to know that address is updated). So don't worry if you don't receive a response just keep on checking ECAS.

You won't be able to update the address via calling. You can update the address via ECAS if the address is within Canada. Else you need to raise web form to corresponding VO for address update.

I have sent web form to Beijing two times but haven't received any response. Still on decision made since March 19.

I used the form on IRCC website. There you can select the Beijing office.
