Hi, As you already have an affidavit from lawyer so this will not be a problem I guess. When a person is applying for parents sponsorship only new forms need to be fill... CIC I guess wont consider information what you filled in your forms. do attach the affidavit when you file for your parents...- Bobby82

Hi Sagar, As CIC have stopped accepting new applications so you have to wait till Jan 2017, there will be an update on CIC site by end of November intimidating when they start accepting new applications and if there is any change in process or number of applications that will be accepted.
