What is a transmision fee? Are you applying from the US? Maybe someone else can help? I can't help you with biometrics. I already did my biometrics early on and paid the fees earlier. I also send my documents directly to Ottawa because I live for the moment in the US.

I meant that what is the timeline for getting a PR card after landing for FW who got their COPR while they are outside Canada.

Congratulations! Check your messages in the GCKey portal. I have never received any PPR emails. Yet, by checking the IRCC tracker and the GK portal, I found out that I received PPR and just today, I found out my application got approved (+ counterfoil).

I got this same message on the new IRCC tracker. No portal email. But, I checked my messages on the GC portal, and found the Annex A document, which asks applicant to send their passports and photos to Ottawa. I hope you will get your PPR soon!! BEST.
