You can look up on CIC website under Federal Skill Trade. A certificate of qualification lets people work in some skilled trades in Canada eg. electrician, plumbers, some engineers. You can also look up the list of skill trades

Certificate of qualification only applies to skill trades. Nurses fall under skilled worker.

No employer will be willing to hire you if you're not registered or licensed in that particular province

If u say 'Yes' to obtained Canada certificate, it does not give the option to put your ECA.

Does Certificate of Qualification only apply to trades occupation or professionals as well? I have a Certificate of Qualification from the pharmacy exam board of Canada. Is it the same thing? can I say 'yes' under this section? Thanks
