hi you cant apply ramq if you only have the spousal open work permit. if you want to apply for ramq you need to have a full time job, Or two part time jobs.

@melito hi . any update?? I just called today, an agent told me that my file was transferred to Mtl local office in April, she says it will take up to 8 months from april to process . the only thing i can do is wait........ FML
