Hi! how did you go about doing so? I followed an old thread here on the forum but at the end, it said i'll need to pay a fee. I never did. Did you pay for the notes? Thanks!

Thanks! Honestly I thought just calling them and asking for updates was all I could do. I wasn't active here otherwise I would have known about the notes thing.

No I didn't order the notes. I'm ordering them right now for the current application so let's see it they help. I don't know what ADR is but if it's additional docs request then no. They just reached their decision without any chance for me to make amendments.

Maybe. But I did reach out to two lawyers and both advised me that you won't win. They also told me that these decisions are final. I went to my local MPs office to see if they can request a re look but the kid sitting there said it won't help.

I'm sure it was a rare case but it still hurt. A lot. Application was rejected in the following grounds: One of my work experience letters didn't describe my job duties, as required by NOC. Consequently, that portion of my work experien was deemed ineligible to be counted towards my one year of...

Well PGWP are a one time opportunity (... from what i know. Things may have changed in hte past few months). So you cant extend them. BUT, if you have applied for PR and have the AOR, then you can apply for BOWP by using AOR i nyour application. You cant get a BOWP without having applied for PR...

Application rejected, Work Permit expires 15th Oct 2018

Waiting since Oct 29th (when i got AOR). IP2. PS: I'm unfollowing this thread as every time i get a notification on my email, it starts with "application rejected..." which is the title of this post. I dont want any heart attacks. So if anyone here has a Q for me specifically, just tag me or PM...

Absolutely. You need AOR for a bwop. The old one is associated with the now rejected pr file. So you can risk it and see what happens if you just wait for a resultr But, I don't recommend that at all. Apply again (assuming you're still eligible) , get the new AOR, fill the Cic webform online...
