ACCA equivalency through WES!! pls help.
I know recent case Of a close friend where it was given and in any case acca 9 papers r equal to 3 yr degree and same criteria is applied for obu- pk960

For first 9 papers which is foundation level will earn you 3 years bechlor, it will be same if you r acca affiliate. For acca members you ll get 4 years. For CA intee you might get 1 or 2 years equivalent- pk960

Regardless of exemptions if you re member it is 4 years degree and for ca it is 3 years so ur equivalency is 2 degrees- pk960

If I get PR approval, can my spouse stay behind from entering Canada.
You can delay landing of dependents but not sure if you can reapply for them if they don’t make landing before copr expires- pk960

Vac and consulates are different. It is referring to vfs. Consulates only processing emergency applications or handling issues related to canadian nationals abroad like repatriation or visas for health care workers- pk960
