Background says "In progress" but eligibility not started yet.

My Biometrics were done on April 15, 2019 and i received the acknowledgement letter today. Weird

I am not sure how to check the biometrics. I do see the biometrics number and date if that proves the bio's were received. Background is in progress but eligibility is not started yet. Acknowledgement email received today May 07. Thanks Again. When should i expect the correspondence letter?

I received my Acknowledgement letter today May 07 but my cic account remains the same. Eligibility hasn't started yet. Can anyone please help me with how to check if the biometrics has been received by Delhi office? Does it update online.

April 12 online from Canada. Biometrics: April 15, 2019 Biometrics Submitted: April 16, 2019. NO response after that and Eligibility is not started yet. Though the website shows 13 days but it has been 17 working days. Still waiting.
