No one can give you a definite answer it's up to AINP officers. Selection from EE pool is based on NOC mostly then when selected having a sibling in Alberta boosts your chances of nomination. So all you can do instead is find out if anyone with similar NOC and profile as your bro has received...

I don't think anyone has...its about to be 2nd quarter of the year they maybe trying to clear backlogs or review criteria of labour market needs. Fingers crossed still and hoping they send out NOI this June

I I guess it maybe due to the volumes of applications currently being processed. It has has also slowed down the issuance of NOI. I don't think NOI has been sent out this June at all.

She's back in the pool with new profile. Sent new EE profile number to Ainp and they responded for us to wait for the next draw if she's found eligible again she'll be selected. Her new profile has previous crs score and information. So we wait for next NOI

Unfortunately this happened to a friend. Received nomination and 5 mins later profile became ineligible. Called AINP and they said they don't forward nomination to new EE profile you have to get back in the pool and wait to be selected again....bummer. So quickly recreate a new profile with same...
