I am also in the same boat. got my ITA on 23rd March but I read that its not mandatory for us to get medical and PCC done and we can submit LOE. I am not sure if they are going to process with it or they are going to give another 90 days after submission.

Need your help here guys.. I also have my marriage affidavit but I do not have marriage certificate. Also I have my wife name on my passport and she have mine. Will that be enough ? I am really nervous about it as I have got an ITA and waiting for document collection.

I know the medicals exams are cancelled but what about the PCC ? how can we get this done in Toronto ?

Are you guys done with the PCC as I also got my ITA in the last draw and I have no idea what to do with my application. I have still not done anything with the medical as well.

Looking at the current situation can we get exception from PCC ?

Have you even seen or heard of rejection due to this ?

Did you find any convincing reason here ? Can we say that I am choosing this option as I was not getting enough CRS score and I will sponsor my spouse once I get the PR.

I have 487 CRS points now and I am sure to get the ITA now. Please let me know what all documents I can collect in advance for myself and spouse before ITA.

What is the overall CRS score showing on your profile ? Also, when it shows that your profile is not eligible then it even gives you a reason for it.

What about seasonal and non seasonal job. Same thing happened with me last time. So, you will have to fill each and everything field very clearly.

I am sure that TCS dont provide Reference letters to current employer. In this case please let me know the alternate documents that we can submit being on ICT work permit.

Does anybody have email address of the HCL HR who can here with the Reference letter for the Ex-HCL employees ??

Most difficult part I guess is to get reference letter from your current employer.

For Spouse not accompanying in my express entry profile. Can I say that I have chosen that option just to increase my CRS score.
