Hi, You can always open incorporation while on PGWP and not oo many people do that. Make sure to check about the experience if you will be eligible for that. Thanks

Hi Guys, My employer is applying for my LMIA this week. The consultant he is hiring said we will get the LMIA in 4-6 weeks. He said sometime LMIA got approved in 10 days which i think is true but not with every case. Anybody know the average time LMIA takes to get approved? Thanks

Money is not the issue. The onlyproblem i have with dual intent is after the approval my open work permit will be changed to closed work permit with my employer right? So i want to keep it open until i get the PR. Thanks

If your wife qualify for federal express entry then you can apply for Express Entry BC - Post Graduate if not then you have to apply to skills Immigration BC - Post Graduation. Thanks
