My consultant is also based out at Chandigarh. I forced them (wrote a strong mail) to send a CSQ/Reminder to CHC New Delhi. It was done on 19th April 2013 but... no reply so far from NDVO.. & no signs of MR..... :(

I just now called up my consultant to get this clarification. I am informed that they are getting medical request but no such request of ECA or IELTS for spouse. Although ECA is not mandatory but optional for us (MI-1) since this will help in getting job in Canada.

Yes very right buddy, this is why I am worried if they will ask for spouse IELTS, it will take time to prepare for exams & then take the exam & finally the result. This is injustice for remaining applicants.
