Use the form to change both include the all ready correct address and update for the old mailing address, same was the case with me ,it took few days after I submitted the form and now it is updated

I think the chance is always there but probability is lesser... What I have seen is if the background check in progress status changes back to not started then they request docs...but anyways CIC is very unpredictable 8)

The trend is you get ppr after BC goes into in progress for outland

I f you are applying out of India CIC website specifically mentions that you need to get it from high commission.. So you are good

I am assuming you are applying from outside India..if that is the case same is sufficient.. If you are India better to get it from PSK

PCC issued by psk and the one issued overseas have similar content it doesn't specify any timelines just mentions that the person doesn't have any history and visa can be issued..they just check in some database to check the if there is any police history/ red corner notice etc..i can confirm...

Got GCMS notes today - was generated on 08/01/2016- AOR 13 sept.- outland CIO officer says R10 ok -- ECA verified etc .. which is all good but the only worrying thing I noticed was the due date on the 2nd page it says - 2016/12/20- does it mean the actual due date is 20th dec 2016... Shocked.. :o
