Do you perhaps have a child together who is a Canadian citizen? Sometimes they also just miss an item even if you sent it so double check with an agent. Family birth certificates aren’t needed as far as I know - just your immediate- you and your spouse and any children.

Bad news - my application was returned due to my husband (Principal Applicant) birth certificate not being included The application was sent with an OWP - any chance they still would have accepted the OWP? That’s another month and half down the drain because of sheer stupidity on my part.
