Is yours MBA or PGDM? What is written I in your final certificate? WES considers PGDM as Bachelors and MBA as masters.

Highly suggest to do it self if your application is straight forward. This way, you also have full control on all stages your application is put through. Who applies your application has by no means any impact on you getting an invitation or PR.

This should suffice. I submitted my application in June with a reference letter from my employer in March. I left the company in May. So my letter did not have an end date. But I did attach my relieving letter / proof of resignation. Mention the same in LOE.

It's normal for applications with travel history to take slightly longer for processing. This should be your only long wait. Once you are at IP2, things move quicker. All the best!

Hi. My BG status got changed yesterday to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." The last I checked was a couple days back.. And it said - Your application is in progress. Can anyone please confirm which stage I am at? Is this IP2?
