AOR 28 Nov 2019, all passed since May 2020. Almost everyone got the mail no matter when they got AOR. So it just added more stress to my waiting. I'm planning to call IRCC today.

Same here on my screen. Application info is clickable but leads to an error. My profile was "updated" however there was nothing new inside. Have you seen an update as well?

I guess that's why they've recently exempted students from the ongoing travel restrictions. They want students to study at least %50 of their studies in Canada.

You can always get an upfront medical exam done. If you want, and willing to pay the exam fee over and over again. However, there is a good chance that IRCC may extend your medicals if everything else passed in your application. Read Legalfalcon's post from the below link...
