By mistake I paid for my parents biometrics when applying for pgp. They already did biometrics in 2019 for visitor visa which I completely forgot. Will they issue a refund automatically or do I have to request it?

Send a webform if you have UCI. Otherwise wait for the first communication from them. And then you will have UCI to send webform

Hi, did anyone faced this issue? I took my parents to one of the ircc approved doctor for medical but they were not able to find the file based on UCI or application number. I can't even link the file to gc key. Applied: 19th oct Medical request: 8th March Parents in Canada

Just as update, Medical Request received today. Applied on 19th oct and got ghost update on 9th Feb. No updates on portal or F12 tools. Good luck everyone
