Wow, looks like they really ignored my file. Same 17th october oath with Winnipeg office, asked for urgent dispatch due to family urgency. Forget urgent dispatch, they did not even change the online status (Still says ceremony in progress and open) and no sign of certificate either.

I was already stressed out because of my citizenship oath being delayed, if I remembered the name would have definitely filed a complaint somewhere.
