Yes finally after 26 days...

As per the new law you are supposed to submit the PCC along with your application, I believe this rule came into effect in the month of February however some people have applied after Feb have not sent the PCC and their applications were accepted. But there is no certainty they will accept this...

Thank you so much it was most helpful, the problem is I applied through a representative and they are just not helping me, they simply say its not getting linked, it has been 20 days and they tried twice. so I have to visit them and try, and I am kept in the dark. I hope it works when I try...

Don't worry I think for some applications it is taking more than 45 days...Mine took nearly 40 days. It all depends on the case officer, and inbetween we had Canada day so it was a holiday. After 6 weeks then one can call up and find out again if it is still delayed.
