Yes, that's right. For about 2 months the status was like "Submitted" and today changed to "Updated".

I don't think so. I was verifying my application twice a week and noticed only today that the application had been updated.

Mine was sent to Etobicoke too. I read in another thread that they are working super slow compared to the other IRCC offices.

I finally was able to link my PR card application to my profile. The official landing date (in the PR letter I got via email) was June 11. Current status is Application Under Processing ("Submitted") - my photo was delivered on June 23rd.

I don't know what's their criterion but I noticed that they invalidate your CoPR at the MyCIC portal and 2 days after you receive the email.
