The current processing time is 2 months, so should expect to hear something in the next 30 days. If you don't hear anything by 4th May, you should write to the high commission then, requesting them your current status.

I can tell you that I got called for an additional consultation and more tests. Basically, they'll take any opportunity where TB is a possibility and ask you to take additional tests until its ruled out. Only when that's done, will they create the final report for CIC.

I think there is implied status for PNP applicants. I remember reading it somewhere. That was the main draw in favor of PNP over FSWP. Hopefully some forum senior will validate this soon.
