Same here. I gave the CBD test at IDP. Applied for EOR on 6 Sep and called them this morning to check for status. They said they had not heard of any results from IDP Australia.

Nope it did not change. BC staff asked me to bring the old TRF along in exchange for the new TRF. Scores wont be updated online.

Yes I would say please go for EOR if you have no issue with the EOR fee. I got my EOR result today after 19 calendar days and my writing score increased from 6.5 to 7.0, even though there was no change to my 6.5 speaking score. Anyway, I took the test with BC. I think their EOR outcome is fair...

All the best to your EOR. I think there may be a higher chance to increase writing score than speaking score, from my personal view.

I also took the test with BC on 25/8/2019 Initial score: LRWS 8.5/9/6.5/6.5 EOR submitted on 6 Sep EOR result released on 25 Sep New score 8.5/9/7/6.5 (still not meet the magical scores) BC sent me an email to notify of the change in score and request for bank account for refund processing.
