Honestly if you approach any media they will not consider to publish because delaying citizenship process is not impact anything. if you want your citizenship for any urgent matter then you can approach urgent route. P.S: I work for Media though :)

How you guys verified the call is from IRCC and not a scam because its a very good chance to get all personal details to make a scam call like this so please be little aware before you provide any personal information.

I don't know why they take 6 weeks in Canada (Indian Embassy) but in Australia it takes 2 days to get a police certificate thru Indian embassy and they have to stamp in your passport so they will hold your passport also until then.
