You are absolutely right as per CIC there is no need for these...but the cumulative intelligence of this forum off late seems to suggest that although CIC may not have instructed and don't even have a separate placeholder for their uploads but they nevertheless expect it (not sure why is it so)...

All WES hard copies sent by mail/courier have the stamp while the email pdf copies don't. We have it on ours, not sure how it's missed on yours. If that is the case please do ask WES to send you the one with a stamp...after all you have paid for it.

Personal history has no relation to PCC. Personal history is required for last 10yrs or from 18yrs of age whichever is later. But PCC is required from 18 yrs of age till the date of application. Do not confuse between personal history and PCC and their age requirements.

Not sure where you got the information about 10 years... Providing 13yrs of PCC won't be enough to cover you from your 18th birthday (May 1933). You will need PCC from May 1933 onwards. Hope i could make myself clear this time.

Irrespective of your country and the internal PCC rules, that you obviously need to sort out, but CIC needs PCC (one for each country) since your 18 years of age, till you apply. Don't be confused by 10 years, as there is nothing in common between 10yrs and PCC...

I would suggest not on google drive...keep it anywhere safe but not on cloud. As that is prone to hacks and exposure...as you know many a gmail passwords have been in the past.

Yes, WES did similar changes to our evaluation report too...by submitting affidavit (for DoB) and marriage certificate there have been no issues pointed out by OINP so far (don't know about the future). Yet to face CIC...

I think it does somewhere on CIC website...but does it matter? Irrespective of whether does or not, if the page does not allow you to upload any file >4mB isn't that proof of the pudding?
