    It doesn't really matter. WP is not guaranteed if VO thinks that applicant is not bona fide worker and dual intent is not something "illegal". In any case trying sowp is the only way to go...

    Being dependent applicant on your pr application does not qualify your spouse for work permit. However you didn't provide enough info on yourself, your spouse may still be eligible for spousal open work permit, depends on your status in Canada.

    Yes. Go to "Check eligibility" tool. Answer the question. At the end you would get a number which you should use to create application in MyCIC account.

    Either, you're answered some question incorrectly or you're not eligible for BOWP. If you're eligible for BOWP, the system should generate number which you would use to create WP application.

    Did you apply for PR already? If so, fill online application - it is faster and easier. If you're still waiting for ITA in the pool, you're not eligible for BOWP.

    You need to submit application for PR and receive AOR letter, only then you will be eligible for BOWP (considering your current WP is still valid at that time). Your second question is not clear.

    No true. EE is hosting 3 immigration programs (CEC, FSWP, FSTP). The profile would come ineligible if you doesn't meet requirements for at least one of the programs.

    Your boyfriend may sponsor you for PR. You don't need to be married. As part of inland family sponsorship application you would be eligible to apply for wp.
