I received same email today asking for resubmit of photographs. Landed end of April, from Sydney office :( But I had my photographs taken by a professional, and my spouse photograph was accepted from same place :| Did you resend photographs from same place?

Can folks who received their PR cards recently share how long it took from approval message to letter in mailbox. I've been waiting for ~10 days now starting to get a little concerned

So you received yours separately from wife and kid? My spouse application was approved and PR card mailed ten days ago, still no update on my account :(

So no need for customs for "documents" and no commercial value?

Oh also to update my own processing time, landed with spouse end of April, outland applicant. Ghost Update September 6th, Message in account on September 9th. But no update (ghost or otherwise) for spouse yet :(

Hey @dashing_warrior thanks for the post and info! Had a question did you fill out the customs form for the shipment? If so what did you indicate as the contents of the package?

I called the IRCC helpline just now. Outland applicant landed May 1st, still waiting :( They said no updates on timeline etc, just usual info about Covid making processing slow. Said nothing missing from file etc. Also confirmed that I can travel back across US land border with the COPR, I...

Have you tried calling the helpline? Maybe speaking with an agent can give more details. Also does it matter when COPR expires? Once you have landed the signed COPR is sufficient as proof, of course PR card is needed for flight travel.

Same here. Decided to wait until end of the week, if not will raise webform, fingers crossed hoping for some positive movement this week. Please update the thread in case you hear anything too

Same here, we landed end of April still waiting for even a GU. Am starting to get nervous seeing even mid June folks getting approvals in ~45 days , worried something is wrong with my PR card application :(

Yeah I couldn't find info either on whether its ok to ship from my relative in Canada to me in the US via fedex, it seems to be unclear? Am surprised not even an email :|
