I think the best way to go about it is to attach your Birth Certificate and the copy of your first stamped Iqama. Good Luck with your application! By the way does anyone know if I can apply under FSWP in January 2015 as I don't expect my ECA to arrive before December, 2014. Thank you.

CES for evaluation - how to send docs Dear friends, I have had University of Karachi verify and seal my colour photocopies/documents in an envelope. Can I courier it myself and will CES accept it? I will write controller of Examinations in the address of the sender. Please advise.

I saw an option of directly filling form 7 a tye Cambridge international examinations website where you have to pay 36 GBP and they will send via courier ( seperate charges) to a third party verification of your docs. why dont you also check that out. i am confused myself.
