Hello everyone Finally.. I received my OCI today. I had submitted my application at FRRO, Bangalore on 4th June. It was processed and dispatched from Delhi on 5th July. I picked it up from FRRO office today. I was asked to show my Passport, Visa copy and Acknowledgement receipt for verification.

I think that's all. It generates a list of documents to be uploaded. Apart from the list a had to submit acknowledgment of surrender of voter Id and deletion of name from ration card.

No it doesn't have any address mentioned on it.

Also, they asked me if I was planning on traveling abroad, which I'm not. They recommend not to travel until you have the OCI in hand. If it's unavoidable they told to do so after the police verification. Hope this helps
