You have to wait for their working hours - usually 8-4:30 Canada time but i have seen them work earlier and later than working hours .. i tried calling at 3:30 just to check if it still works before replying to you :)

Priya - Talk to @SithLord - He might know more since he was also thinking at a stage to do remed upfront The agents reply is kinda strange - to confirm without email. They should have sent the email as soon as they decided on remed.. This processing is getting stranger and highly unpredictable...

I am 110% sure you will get the PR - it is the wait that is stressful.. Recently they are finalizing a lot of 2018 applications - way more than what we know of from this forum and it should be chaos processing all these apps at their end.. Give them couple more weeks - we will hear from them...

Passed all checks on 10th Sept - aor 22 sept 2018 - still waiting on medical decision :( this wait .....

It is usually uploaded from the hospital but it is recommended to raise a webform and upload the e-reciept just to cover all grounds ..

It has just been 6 working days since medicals passed for you - you might get it this week hopefully .. I wrote to MP Goodales office regarding my status that i am still waiting on either remedical or med extension since a month of all checks cleared and passed .. I am surprised and happy for...
