Hello, That email is an automated message, I guess they are sending that when an officer is assigned to evaluate the documents. I don't think you need to create a new account. I read that some people are asked to submit additional document but by default there is no place to upload any document...

Hello Everyone, I have submitted my application under Graduate Stream on May 6 and I received a message that I need to link my application on my online account on Oct. 15th. When I did that I noticed that the medical exam is passed.
