You should contact an immigration lawyer and apply for Writ of Mandamus which forces IRCC to make a decision within 2 months. Here's a good thread on it...

Similar timeline, test completed in Feb. Contacted IRCC a few times and received generic response that since processing time is 2 years, application is not delayed and under normal processing time.

Does anyone have kitchener IRCC's email? I have seen no progress since test completed in Feb 2022. Don't even have decision made. Wanted to email them but not sure where to send the email.

Still waiting for decision made. Only background and test completed since Feb. Unable to make sense of how IRCC works. I also requested GCMS notes a month ago and still haven't received it either. At the same time, I'm seeing 2022 applications finish the whole process in a few months. It's crazy.

Test in Feb and still waiting for even decision made. Happy to see lots of people finish the process recently, but there are many of us still waiting. Don't lose hope.

IRCC will increase capacity by end of fall . I hope they devote some for citizenship applications and not just PR.

Does contacting the MP help? I assumed they give out the normal answer that "Application is still under the normal 26 months of processing time"

Same here. Will be completing 1 year in a few days with only Test and BG completed since Feb. I'm sure it will eventually get processed but the wait is frustrating. It's a huge block to any long term planning.

From Kitchener as well. Everything in progress since test marked complete in Feb. I just want a decision made. I don’t understand how they work. I have seen Kitchener applicants with post August 2021 AORs having competed the whole process already.

Yes, I sent it on 20-21 August, IRCC received it on 25 August 2021.
