Don't worry about the DHL website. You just put the passports in an envelope and nobody will ask. The main issue is that CPC-O will net send the passports back to you to Egypt. So you have to do that through a friend in Canada or USA.

Hello, for New Delhi VO for example, the officer will almost always update the ecas to decision made then send the PPR after few days so this is not something odd. But to be honest I didn't see it happening in CPC-O. However, I believe at this stage you can't be rejected without the officer...

What I believe he means ( and personaly I think this might be logical) that the VO send letter requesting for documents including MR and gives you 60 days to submit these documents. They might be just archiving the file and will not resume processing untill those 60 days they gave as a period...

Yeah I know, I know they are just following the process. I was just getting out some of the frustration : ). When I got my PER in September , CPC-O applicants used to get the visa within few weeks from PER, and that what raised our expectations high and causing current frustration.

So CPC-O woke up at the beginning of the week to send couple of PPRs then they fell back to sleep again. Sleep tight and don't let the bugs bite.

First day of the week is almost over and no PPRs, this is turning extremely frustrating.

It's already past 9:00 am in Ottawa, hope they start recovering from all those delays, send late MRs, updates ECAS and definetly send the long awaited PPRs

I don't believe this is correct for couple of reasons. 1. If CPC-O has large number of visas to print in the queue and that is why not sending us PPRs, then it would make sense to stop sending PPR for all classes. But frim the CE class, they are getting PPR normally till recently and someone...
