    PR Card timeline - 2023

Yeah, PR portal is a joke! I got my card last month and it's still showing "In review with IRCC" on the PR portal so no, I don't trust it =) Linking the PR card application would be the best way to track the card as you can see the ghost updates and all that. Please do it!

    PR Card timeline - 2023

The place of landing is the place of the VO which sent you the portal email. In my case, place of landing is Etobicoke since they are the one who approved my application. I am residing in Toronto, btw. I don't think you should worry about this one.

Gosh, horrible. Yeah, that pathway is unprecedented so no timeline is given for it, which is understandable.

This is a good and interesting question/ scenario! If I were you, I would spend an hour consulting with an RCIC to get a clear explanation on this. Best of luck to you!

Awaiting first PR card - Applying for a schengen visa

I meant "Bring it to the visa interview", didn't mean to bring it for the flight. The question was: What to bring to the embassy for visa appointment.

Awaiting first PR card - Applying for a schengen visa

    1. Bring all the documents you got and explain to them. In my opinion, your proof of residency in Canada is your COPR. The PR card is just for traveling purposes. 2. I think you can get your card before your trip. I got mine 1.5 months after COPR. Best of luck!

    LOA while PR In process

Yes please go ahead. Even if you submit your application (provided that you have an ITA in Sept) before your trip in Nov, all is good. You don't need anything. You have a PGWP and a visa to go back, that's all you need.

    PR Card timeline - 2023

Oh, I just asked them about the status of my PR card application. I didn't even mention it was past processing time but the agent said it first, and she was very kind to say that she would note that my application was past the processing time and the next day, I got a ghost update on my PR card...

    ****** CEC - December 2022 AOR ******

If your web form is to only provide additional information, there will be no replies. If you asked them questions, they might reply but I doubt that their reply is worth it (sometimes I read their response and I was like: "What? Do you understand my question?" lol). Also, I know no such thing as...

Yeah, I don't trust that 28 days. Call IRCC and ask for your status. I called and it helped move my application and I just received my card last week
