Are you linked on GCkey? I think you can submit the required document on there and it will be accessible by the visa office

It’s hard to say. It could just be a simple delay in sending as well as IRCC doesn’t seem to be sending anything in order either. I got my AOR and medical request and that was back in October but no SA approval yet. Decision made for SA side on ECAS for me updated about 5 days after I got my AOR

I’m still waiting for my sponsor approval. I’ve been told by IRCC that I’m approved as a sponsor and it says decision made on ECAS on the sponsor side but I don’t have anything in writing yet. Have you checked ECAS to see if a decision was made on the sponsor side?

It just means they are processing it. Good luck hopefully it gets approved !

Thanks for the Info. Your right. I linked to GCkey and it showed that medical was passed.

Also I believe it could be faster at CPC Ottawa but then again it seems there is no consistency with any files when it comes to processing.

Your PA shows as their medical as passed on Gkey but not ECAS? If so can you advise how long it from the medical exam date to the passed date.

You can call them as much as you want. I was calling them weekly until I got my AOR.

My ECAS says the same thing on the sponser part. I only have my AOR1 I didn’t get my sponsor approval yet. It shown decision made on the sponsor side for about a week.

I received my AOR on oct 20th and was able to access ECAS on oct 21. At first it didn’t work when I put my spouses info but when I put mine it worked
