I am not sure though, but I think program assistant is the first person that checks ones application and makes recommendations for the Case Analyst. Anyone correct me if I am wrong.

Okay I see, its related to the Security check. I was thinking that you have been to the 3 countries and they were trying to access the information you gave to those countries during visa application.
