    Oath completed on 6/28 and certificate received on 7/7. Did they stop sending the citizenship card? When i took my oath in 2009, i got both the certificate and the card. For my son which was completed last month we go only the certificate but no card.

    Yes, my son became a Canadian Citizen this week. We did not get a chance to come to Canada after we moved to the US and this was his first visit nearly after 13 years. But since he was staying with me, Canadian Citizen, to meet that requirement for PR eligiblity.

    I applied online in November and still waiting for an update. I also keep getting the same reply stating that it is taking 15 to 24 months to process proof of citizenship applications. Since I applied online I got the file number from there.
