Received CEC Invitation without Completing One year. Accept or Decline?
I am in the same position and I submitted it on 30th of May. My one year was going to be finished on June 1st. if you do not have the full one year, system won’t allow you to even make an express entry profile so when it draws you with 11 months, it has some knowledge to it.
