    How to start immigration process

At this point immigration via education is the most reliable option. You can also check your chance with FSW, which will re-open on July 6 (Wednesday). It is expected there could be lots of changes, so you need to check whether you qualify or not. If your background is not in IT, healthcare...

Inland PNP applicants - No movement in application.

Oh, I thought you already got yours! Did you try to contact your MP? My recommendation to everyone who passed the 1-year wait time should contact his/her local MP? In my opinion, MPs have a positive influence on the process these days.

Unfortunately, there is no consistency with the security checks. One thing is obvious if you answered yes in the application to those background questions then it most likely it will take longer than usual. Additionally, if you are coming from a country that does not have established diplomatic...

Wow that's kind of interesting your application being stuck at biometrics review for such a long time. I don't think this is acceptable. I noticed among all other provinces BCPNP is the slowest. I have no clue why they are keeping things especially slow for BCPNP applicants. I have an assumption...

Just to let everyone know I see there are only 3 people left from 2020, who are still waiting for their decisions. It looks like things should pick up in June and July right before the announcement of the CEC restart. The end of June should be very critical for IRCC this is the end of the 2nd...

Restoration of open work permit fees do not show up

I am trying to restoration of my wife's open work permit status, which was rejected earlier. Now when I create a new application it does not show anywhere a question or selection "Do you want to apply to restore your status?". Likewise, in fees section, it does not show a restoration of the...

Just patience a little bit I guess yours will be next. Aim for the end of the quarter. I think in June there is more chance. They have to reduce time from 22 months and for that they have to reduce backlogs with long wait time. You should expect some changes. Hopefully, it will come up very soon!

Processing time changed to 22 months

Welcome to the manipulation of statistical numbers. Anything that IRCC says on average means that someone will be unfairly treated. I have been waiting for over 11 months. I applied way before they announced 22 months. Everything has to be simple first come first serve and give numbers based on...

Update from IRCC - most recent

Did you go outside of Canada while waiting for a decision? Why they are asking the same PCC? This does not make sense, since you already submitted those documents. This reminds me of an old soviet bureaucracy. Or I am missing something here!

I think williammarzoque and many people are upset just because initially on a website EEPNP processing times were 6 months. The information was not updated and it was misleading. The processing times were not reflecting reality. I am sure if many people knew that processing times were constantly...
