Of course, I know that a PGWP is issued based on the length of the study program since this course is of 2 semesters / 8 months, I understand the duration of PGWP will be 8 months. But in the same thread, I see @Fabiog received a one-year PGWP. So I ask for more clarification.

You have to apply for a new study permit with the new LOA since you are changing DLI.

Yes if you are not changing your DLI , you need to show your new letter of acceptance at port of entry and the officer will issue your study permit .

Submit your passport and Defer your intake to next semester, you don't have to apply for a new permit.

If you have a good English language test score I suggest you to apply for express entry or PNP , if you succeed to get PR , you can freely choose your level of study.

A language test is not required for a study permit. I think your PG Diploma will weaken your case since you already have a Post Graduate Degree.
