If IRCC already said that applicants for work or study permit in Canada dont have to give biometrics, why they are taking so long to process the BOWP applications? Im waiting since April and no updates.

Dont know, but a lot of people are in the same situation, waiting to give biometrics. They have to do something soon because they continue with more EE CEC Draws, and those cant give biometrics too.

Biometrics exemption for temporary residence applicants in Canada... This apply for work and study permit extension. My profile still says: “Your Action is Required“.

We only can wait for now, best of luck and hope we all get this done by the end of August or September.
