Hi friends, last time when I raised a web form they confirmed me that “the resposible office has determined that you meet the eligibility criteria”. However yesterday I got a response saying that my eligibility is still “In process”. Any thoughts friends? Thanks

The thing is I have ordered GCMS notes on 15th Feb but last week got a email saying that they want another 90 days to issue the notes. Then I raised the web form and got this reply on my eligibility.
