Sorry, just want to ask why did you need a UPS store and subsequently a DHL to send it to your address? Can the Canada Post send it directly to your Montreal mailing/residential address? Or initially you rented/provided a UPS storage?

Where did you see the card issue date as Oct 27th? Is it an message on your MyCIC account? Or an email sent to your email address? I don't seem to see any field in MyCIC account showing card issue date....

I would assumed 3-5 business/working days, as I don't think Canada post send mail on weekends/holidays..

For my case, it took them almost 2 mos prior to request new set of photos. I landed in Canada July 19 and applied my PR card on port of entry. I received a request to resubmit photos on Sep 13.. You need to resubmit the photos within 30 days upon a receipt of request from them...

Yeah, better to wait for the card prior to traveling out of Canada to be safe, and save the hassle of filing PRTD. Me too, I also need to travel out of Canada, and been rebooking my return ticket twice now (Sep 30 and Nov 3). Hopefully I'll received it next week...

I guess, if you are not requested to resend photos, the Document section will always shows "being reviewed". But if you are requested to resend photos, then the Document section will changed to "uploaded", as they may have uploaded and replaced the photos with the new ones we sent. Thats my...
