Hello immigrant7: I just checked my application status and it states "DECISION MADE", when I clicked on it, it says that "We started processing your application on Feb 20th", what does this mean and why does it already say decision made?

Bs65, I have another question, when we applied for our PR for the first time, we needed to be within a particular NOC CODE, for replying for a renewal, is there any such requirement with regards to your NOC CODE or what job you do or how much you earn? Please advice.
