Sent application package on March 10 for my spouse (outland applicant) to Sydney office. Then Covid happened. No news after then, until October 6 & they sent email with AOR. Oct 7 - invitation to apply to Quebec for CSQ. Applying for CSQ on October 20th.

Same thing happened to me. I'm sponsoring my spouse & paid for biometric, also we had visiting visa rejected 6 months back. Are they refunding the money because we don't need to do biometric again?

She is infact working back in my home country and certificate of "currently working" is already produced, along with her salary certificates. All other certificates needed to show her short stay can be produced. (except plain tickets) Do you think these can better the situation for approval?
