I guess the intake center is in Ottawa (different department with Ottawa visa office) and there are some visa offices around the country which include Ottawa visa office. Also after pass the eligibility then our cases will send to local visa office for the next step..... I don't know...

Just called CIC. The agent said my eligibility is "recommend pass" BG hasn't started yet. I asked which VO my case at . She told me my case is still in Ottawa center which hasn't sent to any specific visa offices. Disappointing :(:( I am applying from the US....

He need to call the agent to ask. Mine is same issue, when I typed all my information the system calculated my work experience was 3 years , but actually I only worked 2 year 11 months. I cannot change it since the system did it. so I wrote a letter explained for my situation.
