When was your AOR? If you haven't exceeded normal processing times, then I'll guess you have to wait. Or apply for the GCMS notes, might help to trigger the application again. Costs you $5. Mine exceeded normal processing times, don't even have the eCoPR. Their system is from another planet.

Same situation. I have to travel for work and I'm afraid I'll get the eCoPR while outside of Canada and won't receive the PRTD in time - meaning, before I'm coming back. I called again and the agent flagged my application. If it helps - I hope so, but I don't know. Also VO Montreal
