Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Are you sure it's not spouse sponsored?
  2. I

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Yes, I am talking about that only.

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Yes logically it would. Point is not about French here. Point is - how to bully. They can't find a way to bully and harass those who got csq without french.

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

If you applied as french b2 with tefaq/tcf and this was one of the condition for obtaining csq, they can legally test you before csq issuance unless they have strong documentation or reason to stand a trial that you indulged in some sort of malpractice to obtain that b2 then they can certainly...

MIFI is now having French-interviews with applicants who have CSQ and are in federal stage already

Address change - IRCC. They would straightaway cancel your csq after stipulated period if you don't attend or contact them.

Agree. Xenophobic clowns got nothing to show to their voters except bullying the migrants.

MIFI is now having French-interviews with applicants who have CSQ and are in federal stage already

These are random, for outland as of now. Future I can't say anything. CAQ can't be trusted.

They were inland, moved outland. Until a lawsuit stops them in their track, MIFI would go on similarly.

MIFI is now having French-interviews with applicants who have CSQ and are in federal stage already

They did that in 2018 and 2019 also. Tefaq pattern was changed from late 2019, since then scores couldn't be revised on verification. Someone who worked at a tefaq institute told me in 2018 when I was there that certain malpractices happened for gain in some cases.

MIFI is now having French-interviews with applicants who have CSQ and are in federal stage already

These are all tefaq cases as per my knowledge who applied under Peq student category. My assumption is that some of them did exam from dodgy institute in Montreal and some from overseas (maybe). MIFI had been investigating and they may have unearthed some pattern. On the same note, some maybe...

need to report the change of employment on webform during PR process?(PEQ)

Nope, you don't need to until asked for.

MIFI is now having French-interviews with applicants who have CSQ and are in federal stage already

MIFI is waiting on another lawsuit. Their lawyers got nothing to do so MIFI just want to polish their skills, even if they lose, which they will. This is in line with CAQ policy of harassing QSWP applicants till new aspirants stop opting for this province.

You can still inform change of address with XEP. It would be updated in your file.

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Not necessarily - Seen on French group sometimes back a family of four getting their PR in 18 months. There isn't any pattern to QSWP applications. It's like lottery. Lot of March and May 2020 people are still waiting on AOR, however some in June got it.

She needs to withdraw her QSWP application when (or before if she desires to) she gets ITA. No need of any other proof

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

I hope she will actually move out at time of ITA. Some people didn't and they still got PR but IRCC if it comes across such cases would straight away cancel such applications even after Copr. She can ask MIFI to provide her in writing once her csq is cancelled, but, it doesn't matter at IRCC...

    New temporary student pathway

Your answer isn't related to OP's question at all. They are talking about - 'new federal rule to take TEF Canada for francophone immigration', and you are talking about something which they already have and want to opt out of Quebec.

'They' - IRCC, give PR not 'We'. Would have been nicer with 'We' though. Refusals are an exception with qsw and the numbers are too small in comparison to EE. Single digit in a year won't help the quota fall short to accommodate a lot left behind in excuse of quota lottery by IRCC.
