You have 45 days to get OINP sorted. I suggest you get everything ready as no one can predict IRCC draws 483 may not get picked till March, If you will be picked for future OINP that I cannot say. But I would suggest that you go with what you have and make it work

I meant in CRS point wise it carries the same point as a masters degree yes I am aware it is a professional degree
