You have to meet income criteria for all 3 (parents plus brother). If you sponsor your parents, your brother gets included as a dependent. You cannot sponsor your brother alone.

I have seen cases mentioned in the forum where a person got different uci numbers. Usually it is due to some change in the person’s information like name etc. But I think you should not worry about it. Just leave it blank in the application- many of us have done that and it is completely fine.

Just leave it blank, that’s fine. But I thought uci remains same for an individual once assigned. This is what I observed in my case as well as for my parents.
